With bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degree programs, the Department of Philosophy prepares students to think well about philosophical issues of perennial and contemporary importance.
Students in the philosophy major have latitude to select courses that meet their needs and prepare them for a variety of careers. The department also offers minors in philosophy, political philosophy, law and philosophy, and philosophy of science.
Graduate students may pursue a master’s or doctoral degree as they develop academically and professionally in a department that fosters quality student-faculty interaction.
