I am currently a Dean’s Postdoctoral Scholar at FSU. I received my Ph.D. in Philosophy from Michigan State University, M.A. in Practical Philosophy and Applied Ethics from University of North Florida, and Bachelor of Science at Portland State University in Social Science and Philosophy. My main research areas are in feminist approaches to ethics, social and political philosophy, though I also look at general approaches within these subfields as well as moral psychology. Another crucial research interest of mine is in making connections between discussions on ethics, social and political philosophy, and depression. In particular, I am currently working on exploring questions pertaining to depression from a critical feminist care ethic perspective.
